Quality Technical personnel are responsible for ensuring compliance with the procedures of an organization's Quality Management System, thereby guaranteeing that its products and/or services meet the required standards.

QUALITY TECHNICIAN
Responsibilities of personnel assigned by Tamgo:
Planning
Defines the quality plan, coordinates responsible parties and deadlines, and ensures an orderly, realistic implementation aligned with objectives.
Documentation
Creates, reviews, and maintains procedures, records, and evidence; ensures current versions and complete traceability for audits and clients.
Inspections
Conducts periodic inspections, verifies critical points, documents results, and anticipates deviations to ensure compliant deliverables.
Non-conformities
Detects, records, and analyzes incidents; drives corrective and preventive actions, and verifies their effectiveness to prevent recurrence.
Audits
Plans and executes internal audits, prepares evidence, and supports external audits, facilitating clear and agile responses.
Indicators
Defines KPIs, analyzes trends and risks, and reports progress with data to support measurable decisions and improvements.
Continuous Improvement
Identifies opportunities, standardizes best practices, and optimizes processes to reduce errors, rework, and costs.
Training
Trains the team on criteria and procedures, reinforces preventive habits, and promotes a shared quality culture.
