HEALTHY COMPANY

At Tamgo, we are committed to organizational well-being as a business strategy.

Our approach transforms health and well-being into a driver of productivity, engagement, and growth, also contributing to sustainability and compliance with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the 2030 Agenda.

Without talent, there is no business. Without a team, there is no project. Without well-being, there is no future. Numerous studies confirm that implementing well-being and health plans has a direct impact on profitability and talent retention.

At Tamgo, we understand health as each person’s primary talent. By strengthening their physical and emotional well-being, we enhance their professional, personal, and social performance, contributing to collective well-being and a more sustainable society.

SDG 3 Good Health and Well-being: We promote access to physical and emotional health programs.

SDG 8 Decent Work and Economic Growth: We foster healthy work environments that increase productivity.

SDG 10 Reduced Inequalities (with impact on SDG 5: Gender Equality): We design accessible and inclusive plans for all employees.

SDG 12 Responsible Consumption and Production: We encourage sustainable habits in the workplace, such as responsible nutrition.

At Tamgo, we adapt well-being to your company with a catalog of customized services. Our work methodology is structured in four phases.

Phases of Direct Tamgo Involvement

Phase 1. Initial Assessment

We meet with management to establish objectives, align expectations and priorities, and define key success indicators according to the company's vision; from there, we assess the health and well-being status of employees by analyzing the team's actual needs, and we complete the assessment with a cross-analysis of quantitative and qualitative data (absenteeism, injuries, and satisfaction) to identify priority areas for improvement.

Phase 2. Plan Design

We select the most appropriate programs based on identified needs, choosing effective initiatives tailored to the workforce profile; we define a strategy and timeline with phases, timeframes, and resources to ensure realistic, measurable, and sustainable implementation; and we align each action with the SDGs and the 2030 Agenda, integrating sustainability and social impact criteria throughout the plan.

Phase 3. Implementation

We execute the program with continuous monitoring and technical and logistical support; we drive participation through accessible digital platforms that facilitate enrollment and progress tracking; and we deploy workshops, individual sessions, and awareness-raising activities, combining group and individual formats to maximize engagement and establish healthy habits.

Phase 4. Evaluation and Adjustments

We systematically measure indicators to evaluate the plan's return, impact, and satisfaction; and we conduct periodic monitoring focused on continuous optimization, reviewing actions and adjusting strategies to ensure their effectiveness, learning, and evolution over time.
